Returns & Cancellations


WHEN ARE RETURNS POSSIBLE

At Ayurmedfit, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:

·        Product(s) delivered do not match your order

·        Product was defective

·        Product(s) delivered are past or near its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)

·        Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Please do not accept product(s) with tampered seal)

·        Product delivered had a size mismatch issue

·        Product was expired

An intimation shall be provided to seller seeking either “approval” or “rejection” of the return/replacement request.

WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR RAISING A RETURN/CANCEL REQUEST?

You may raise a return/cancel request with our customer care within 24 hours from the delivery of the product. Ayurmedfit reserves the right to cancel the return request, if the customer reaches out to Ayurmedfit after 24 hours of delivery.

In case of wrong product/size mismatch/damage product/expired/short expire received the buyer can raise the return request within 24 hour of order delivered along with the photograph of the parcel box as well as other product received or other relevant proof.

WHEN ARE RETURNS not POSSIBLE

There are some scenarios which help us in support in return/replacement

·        Return request raised outside the specifies time frame

·        Specific categories like books are reading material and therefore not returnable once purchased

·        We shall not be liable for return back of liquid product which is leakage upto 25% in transit as it may be done in courier handling.

·        Leakage above 25% shall be covered under return and replacement process.

·        Any wrong order placed or partially consumed strip or product do not qualify for return.

·         Product is damage due to misuse or incidental damage by the customer.

·        Defective/damage product covered under the manufacturing warranty, for such products can directly call the manufacturer and avail the warranty.

·        Any consumable product that has been used or the seal is broken.

We assure you that all the products sold on the ayurmedfit are brand new and 100% genuine.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS?

·        For Return intimation, send email to care@ayurmedfit.com or alternatively call to us at 7351332221 (open 11 AM – 8PM all days)

·        Our team will verify the claim raised by the buyer within 72 business hours of request received.

·        Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the collection of the product for return.

·        The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.

·        Refund will be completed within 30-45days of pickup received (if required).

 

important points to remember:

·        We encourage the buyer to review the listing before making the purchasing decision. In case the buyer orders the wrong item, buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

·        In case when the customer had ordered multiple products and if one product in that order is damage in transit then we are liable to replace the damage product not the complete order and if in case the product is not available we will refund the damage product amount not the complete order.

·        Replacement is done as per the availability of the product to the seller. In case the product is not available the seller can refund the amount for the same.

·        In case of refund the amount is transferred to your account

·        In rare cases if the reverse pick up not available at the point of the buyer. You can ship the product through any other courier. Ayurmedfit reimburse you courier charges (max.  upto Rs.50)

cancellation policy

·        In many cases the buyer says that on other website the prices are change or cheaper than us we are not responsible for that refund or return. In that case if the buyer can cancel the order they can cancel the order by logging the website and cancel it by its on. Refund is transfer by deducting after deducting fund transfer charges in any charges to us.

·        The customer can cancel the order for the product directly by logging the Ayurmedfit account till we ship it. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.

·        After shipping if the customer still don’t need the product he/she may refuse to accept it from the courier partner and we will initiate a refund after the product is received by us (in this case the return courier charges bear by the customer).

·        Ayurmedfit also reserves the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reason.

·        Some other situations that may result cancellation of order that are

·       Non-availability of the product ordered by you.

·       Error in pricing information specified by our partners(sellers)

·       Non-availability of the quantity ordered by you.

·       Any other reason beyond the control of Ayurmedfit.
